Marcel (Tubber) Leblanc, est décédé le 9 août 2024, à l’âge de 67 ans.  Marcel était le Président de la Ligue de Hockey Mineur de la Côte Nord du 7 mai 2019, jusqu’à la date de son décès.

Marcel (Tubber) Leblanc, passed away on August 9, 2024, at the age of 67.  Marcel was the President of the North Coast Minor Hockey League from May 7th, 2019, until the time of his death.
